Nina Agdal, the 21-year-old model from Denmark has been heating up pictorials left and right ever since she set the world on fire with her appearance in a Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s Super Bowl commercial in a teeny tiny black bikini. And now, a year later, she is one of the three lucky ladies to grace the cover of the 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 50th Anniversary Issue with Chrissy Tiegen and Lily Aldridge. Go beyond the cover and check out her photo shoot with James Macari in the Cook Islands below.

Along with her impressive resume of fish sandwich devourer and Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl, Agdal has also modeled for Billabong, Macy’s, Frederick’s and Victoria’s Secret. Nina made her first appearance in the SI Swimsuit issue last year and was also named Rookie of the Year.

Her smile could melt the woes of all Midwesterners suffering from this brutal winter in a heartbeat. And it’s not just her smile that shines bright, her personality is the every day man’s dream come true. She breaks all barriers of how you would think a professional model would behave by taking to Instagram  and Twitter and giving fans a glimpse of her life. From professional shoots and silly selfies to random memes and food porn, Nina isn’t shy of letting us get to know who she is as a person rather than see her as a lifeless model who lives on the beach.

Swimsuits worn by Nina Agdal includes Indah, San Lorenzo, Martha Rey, Cosabella, Ola Vida, Debbie Wilson, Kate Swim, MIKOH, Tori Praver Swimwear, Beach Riot, Beauty & the Beach, and Maui Girl.
