250 Movie Character Introductions

Sometimes the best moment in a film can be the introduction to a character. One guy would like to recognize these moments that can go completely overlooked if they are done too quickly. Think back to the past few movies you’ve seen, can you remember any of the character introductions? They come by more often than you think. The Short Film and Story Behind Mortal Kombat: Rebirth

Last week, a seven minute short film spread like wild fire across the Interwebs and had geeks salivating by the buckets full. Mortal Kombat: Rebirth has now had close to four million views and rising. This short film puzzled viewers as to the origin and what this was promoting if it was promoting anything at all. With E3 on it’s way many thought it was to promote a new video game, others believed it was a promo for a new movie coming out, and some just thought it was made for fun. It Has Begun……

Just as I predicted (I might not have stated it on here), but as the buy out by Warner Bros. on the Mortal Kombat franchise from Midway, there is another Mortal Kombat movie in the works. A sequel or a remake is unknown, but after MK: Annihilation there was to be a third that never happened due to budget and how bad Annihilation did. With Warner Bros. backing this possible third movie, skies the limit. From FirstShowing, there was a report that Scorpion (Chris Casamassa) from the first two movies was gearing up to start shooting the new movie in September.  This could all be bull-puckey, but could this beloved franchise rise from the dead and fight in Mortal Kombat one more time? Finish Him………
