‘Dexter’ Season 8 Teaser Trailer is a Bloody Good Show

Dexter Season 8 Teaser Trailer

Based on this first teaser for Dexter season 8, we can hope that it will be a bloody good time. We’ve seen our favorite monster make many calculated moves over the years, but through 7 seasons, they all haven’t gone the way he had hoped. With everything that has happened thus far, it may be the last we see of Dexter and his Dark Passenger. Watch the teaser for Dexter season 8 after the jump.

(It is safe to assume that spoilers will be discussed from here)

Assumably, we have been led to believe that season 8 will be the final season of Dexter. The way season 7 left off, it’s hard to think of any way they could continue the show without Dexter finally coming to terms with his monster by either turning himself, going on the lamb, or getting himself killed. With LaGuerta out of the picture, we can speculate that ex-Deputy Chief Matthews will be on the hunt since he is the only person LaGuerta spoke to about her suspicions. Check out the teaser below to see what Dexter has to say about this coming season:

Pretty cool, huh? I think this is the perfect teaser for the show to close on. It fits the nature of the character and is a beautifully illustrated graphic. There will be a lot of tension building up to season 8 and this was the best choice to start the anticipation. We’ll have to wait and see what the final tone of the show will be once an official trailer hits.

Dexter Season Finale Teaser Trailer

How will Dexter end? There will be a lot of speculation as to what happened to LaGuerta and with Quinn and Matthews looming around, Dexter cannot feel too comfortable in his current predicament. And now with Deb thrown into the mix, how will the outcome affect her?

The speculated final season of Dexter will begin June 30 on Showtime at 9 pm EST.
