After a phenomenal first season debut on Netflix, the first season of Orange is the New Black will be hitting home video on Blu-ray and DVD on May 13. Now it may be a little bit silly to own a series that is available for free on Netflix Streaming, but for the hardcore enthusiasts this allows you the chance to see all of the fun behind the scenes footage, interviews, and the making of the show. Lionsgate Home Entertainment is proud to present fans of the first season of Orange is the New Black with a good assortment of special features which you can find after the break.

I’m sad to say I have not had the time to check out Orange is the New Black yet, but it is high up on my queue once I find 13 hours to marathon. OITNB presents an interesting concept and I hear the characters are fantastic. The show is very unique and it would be great to check out these behind the scenes interviews. And this home video set comes just in time before the June 6 release of the complete second season on Netflix Streaming.
