Sadly, I could only attend one day of Star Wars Celebration this year, but I did my best to capture some of the best cosplayers from across the galaxy who converged in Anaheim, CA this past weekend. There were many great variations of Sith Lords and Boba Fetts, proving it’s good to be bad. And we’re even beginning to see the popularity of The Force Awakens grow as some took the liberty to dress up as Rey (pictured above) with what little we’ve seen from the film. See the full gallery of cosplayers after the break. Continue reading
And on the third day, Easter Day, WonderCon cosplayers did not rest. They were not finished with their work as one final day of the con was left to explore and enjoy. There were a good handful of creative Easter Bunny/Jesus cosplay parodies roaming the Anaheim Convention Center. And like Saturday at WonderCon, from a legion of Deadpools to Warrior Disney Princesses, Sunday was also full of really inspiring fans who put in a lot of time into their costumes. Check out our photo gallery after the break. Continue reading
From Attack on Titan flash mobs to wild Daleks running around the Anaheim Convention Center, cosplayers were out in full force at this year’s WonderCon. Saturday was definitely the busiest day of the con, perfect for cosplay connoisseurs to strut their stuff. Comic-Con may be the mecca for cosplayers to showoff their creativity, but don’t count out WonderCon. There were a ton of amazing cosplayers this year that were not just creative, but pretty high quality too. Check out our photo gallery from Saturday after the break. Continue reading
We’re less than a month out until Disney’s new live-action Cinderella hits theaters, which also means the world will be returning to the small little Norwegian Kingdom of Arendelle. What they import and export is beyond me, but what we do know is that in Frozen Fever everyone will be celebrating Princess Anna’s (Kristen Bell) birthday. A new trailer has surfaced only weeks before its debut, and you can watch it after the break. Continue reading
The new short film, Frozen Fever, will be playing in front of the live-action Cinderelle on March 13, but its directors’ Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee have brought us our first look in a new teaser. Audiences will get the chance to return to Arendale to help celebrate Anna’s birthday, but not without its complications of course. And that problem happens to be that Queen Elsa (Idina Menzel) has a cold, because FROZEN FEVER, get it!? Check out the teaser after the break. Continue reading
Scarlett Johansson has enjoyed an immense amount of success, recently portraying S.H.I.E.L.D.’s femme fatale, Black Widow in several Marvel Studios movies. Learn more about her role after the break.
On the final day at Jump Festa 2105, during the Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma Super Stage event, a new trailer was revealed along with the announcement of new characters, the voice actors, and the bands who will be performing the opening and end credit theme songs for the anime series. For anyone who loves food, this wacky shōnen series will absolutely take the cake. Check out the trailer after the break. Continue reading
For animation fans who felt there was a piece of themselves missing this year, that’s because Pixar did not have a feature film release. To correct this unfortunate happenstance, the studio will be making it up to audiences by releasing two movies in 2015. Today, Disney has unleashed the first full-length trailer for Inside Out – what could be a return to form for Pixar. Watch the trailer and see the screenshots after the break. Continue reading
Ever since its November 2013 release, Frozen has invaded the lives of millions across the globe, breaking box office records. Between ‘Let It Go’ smashing music charts, Elsa and Anna appearing on the ABC series Once Upon a Time, and, of course, all of the merchandising and Disney Parks integration, Frozen has become unstoppable. It seemed curious as to why there had not been any foreseeable plans announced yet for a sequel (other than a book series which will pick up from where the film left off.) However, this seems to have changed. Hit the jump for more details.
