And there you have it folks. Hot off TheDarkKnightRises.com last night at 2am PST, the first official picture of Anne Hathaway as the sleuth Selina Kyle aka Catwoman has been released. But where are the ears?! I want them meow! I can dig everything else, the suit is in the essence of the Nolanverse being ideally realistic, but come on man, give me some cat ears or at the least a whip.  Maybe she’ll have her whip in the movie, but I’m not seeing the iconic weapon here nor in the set photos after the jump!

So what do you think? Does Anne Hathaway do justice as Catwoman? You can enlarge the image above by clicking on it as it is a hi-res picture. The suit is more to the tone of recent depictions of the sultry villainess, especially with the goggles instead of a full on mask. It sure looks like she worked out hard enough to visually get the role down. But riddle me this, why is she on the Batpod? Are Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle in cahoots? Catwoman has been known to switch sides from time-to-time and has helped Batman on occasion. Could Selina Kyle be in replace of Dick Grayson aka Robin since Nolan made it perfectly clear he would have nothing to do with the boy-wonder? All these questions and more will be answered when the film releases July 20, 2012!
