Christopher Nolan Bids Farewell to Batman and Gotham City
The legend ends here. After nine glorious years entrenched within the bowels of Gotham City and with the release of The Dark Knight Rises, Christopher Nolan is tipping his hat and bidding the the world of Batman adieu. It has almost felt like ages since Batman Beginswas released back in 2005, but for Nolan, it has probably gone by way too quickly. In his final moments, Chris Nolan had written the foreword to the tie-in book, The Art and Making of The Dark Knight Trilogy.
