Archer Vice: The Complete Fifth Season (Adam Reed) Join suave super-spy Sterling Archer and his fellow covert government operatives for more irreverent adventures across the globe. With an overabundance of cocaine at their disposal, the team forms a cartel and sets out to sell the drug. As this dubious new venture speeds into hilarious motion, the team deals with addiction, Cheryl’s turn as a country singer, an FBI bust, an open marriage, Kenny Loggins, a South American dictator, and an announcement Archer couldn’t have imagined in his murkiest, tequila-influenced haze. Loaded with sexy, animated fun and all 13 outrageous episodes, the 5th action-packed season of Archer comes with a cool stash of classified extras. Starring H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer, and Amber Nash
Although the fifth season of Archer threw fans for a loop with its curve ball of a plot, it still had some charm to it. Special features included are:
- “Midnight Blues” Music Video by Cherlene Tunt
- Cherlene Tunt Interview on Wake Up Country
- Old MacDonald Pam Poovey Had a Farm, The Musical
Black Sails: The Complete First Season (Robert Levine and Jonathan E. Steinberg) Black Sails begins in 1715, with the Golden Age of Piracy in the Caribbean at its apex. The former British colony of New Providence Island is now lawless territory, controlled by a few dozen of the most notorious pirate captains in history. The most feared among them is Captain Flint. Starring Zach McGowan, Luke Arnold, Jessica Parker Kennedy
Yargggh, I need to catch up on this show. It seems like a swashbuckling load of fun, but time is of essence, and it hadn’t gotten any big buzz that would warrant my attention immediately. Special features included are:
- Black Sails: A Look Inside
- Dress To Kill
- Pirate Camp
- Folklore Is Finished: Pirate Politics
- A Place In History
- Building The Behemoth
Girls: The Complete Third Season (Lena Dunham) In Season 3 of the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning HBO comedy series, Hannah is now in a committed relationship with Adam, and the two are settling into a newfound domesticity in Hannah’s apartment. Hannah is also working on rehabilitating her writing career and concentrating on delivering her eBook to her eccentric publisher. Meanwhile, Marnie is meticulously working to achieve the life she feels she deserves. A comedy about the experiences of a group of girls in their early 20s. Starring Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, and Adam Driver
