Tim Burton returns to the cinemas this year with his latest feature Big Eyes starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz. While we have come to enjoy many of Burton’s dark and fantastical worlds, the first trailer for Big Eyes may surprise you. Never big on seeing movie clips before the actual movie releases, I had to check out what the fuss has been about for Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie. Back in the day, I wouldn’t have given a second thought in seeing a Tim Burton flick, but nowone could doubt Mr. Burton’s creative abilities – especially after Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderlandand Dark Shadows. After premiering the first on Monday, Walt Disney Pictures has now released the second of three new theatrical banners for Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Want to see more? Disney is asking fans to join The Disloyal Subjects of the Mad Hatter on Facebook (www.facebook.com/MadHatterSubjects) to “help prepare his army!” Apparently The Mad Hatter is giving his army the first look at exclusive images, but “you have to follow his orders to receive them.” Of course, these images already leaked and were posted on /Film over the weekend, found in a scan of an AMC Theaters promotional magazine.
