Having a minor in graphic design always keeps me on my toes when movie posters come out or basically just anything to do with design crosses my path. I love minimalistic fan movie posters. Mixing simplistic design with fun typograhic characters to create a movie poster are the best of both worlds. Patrik Svensson is a Swedish designer who has a taste for good movies and a love for advertising as well. (Sounds familiar). Catch some of his work after the jump to see more awesome posters!

Turn The Right Corner 
I like these but some of them are really contrived. Like they were really reaching. Most notably Batman Begins and Home Alone. Matrix and Jaws is pretty awesome though
Like I said, the Schindler’s List one is really well thought out. In my opinion.
