SDAFF 2014 Revenge of the Green Dragons Review

Rarely have gangsters been depicted in cinema beyond Italian or Irish lineage. When the mob is brought into the conversation, more than likely such classics as The Godfather or Goodfellas come to mind. The Martin Scorsese produced Revenge of the Green Dragons pulls the curtain back on the lesser known Chinese gangsters that ruled Queens in the 1980s. 15th Annual San Diego Film Festival Lineup

As November approaches, so does the annual San Diego Asian Film Festival. As the highly celebrated film festival in America’s Finest City celebrates its 15th year, from November 6-15, the Pacific Arts Movement will be host to some of the best independent Asian filmmaking around.
