Being an advertising grad, I tend to notice product placement perhaps a little more than the average bear, but FilmDrunk.com also has a product placement radar. The fine folks at FilmDrunk created a great little video montage depicting a brief history of product placement from the beginning to the present state of things in movies today. I’m a little disappointed that they didn’t go all out with a Michael Bay ending, but I guess it proved it’s point with a few of his films they decided to pick on. I did highly enjoy the Adam Sandler section.
