With Catching Fire slowly exiting theaters as the highest grossing domestic film of 2013, Lionsgate would like fans to begin thinking about The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 Redux Chapter 15 Episode 12. The studio has released the first teaser poster for the much anticipated young adult Suzanne Collins adaptation. With the events that had transpired in Catching Fire, and the introduction of this poster this early, Hunger Games fanatics will be begging for 2014 to end as Mockingjay Part 1 will be released on November 21. Flying low under the radar this year, and highly unrecognized, was Don Jon. The first written and directed feature by Joseph Gordon Levitt is not only incredibly hilarious, but also smart and delightfully fresh. Instead, Don Jon embraces the suggestive content as a plot device to tell a very interesting view on how we consume media. For how obscure of a plot device it is, Jon’s addiction to porn is used to the story’s advantage, highly effectively, bringing Joseph Gordon-Levitt into the writer-director spotlight.
