If you haven’t been blessed with viewing the Nicolas Cage classic, The Wicker Man, than you are COMPLETELY missing out on one of the greatest acting achievements in cinematic history. YouTube user, HoneydewWilkins, put together a video of Nicolas Cage watching his great piece of work and you can only imagine his reaction. See his response after the break!
Little did you know, in 2003, he sold his comic collection for $1.68 million, including his copy of Action Comics issue #1, the first ever appearance of Superman. Nicolas Cage is a hard fortune cookie to crack, but behind the man, the myth, the legend, lies a very intricate being full of depth we perhaps may not even want to fathom. I bet you didn’t know he named his son Kal-El after Superman or that he is related to Francis Ford Coppola and changed his last name to Cage. To find out what really feeds Nic Cage’s awesomeness you just have to keep reading!
After a seven minute video of Arnold Schwarzenneger yelling, who would have thought a better video would come along so quickly soon after? This over four minute video showcases some of Nicolas Cage’s best nut job moments in film when he absolutely loses his shit to the tune of Clint Mansell’s Requiem for a Dream theme, Lux Aeterna. Or perhaps it’s just his regular routine…
This video comes from hh1edits, who recently created a well masterful montage of Fox Searchlight’s last 15 years of film.
Watching this amazing hilarious video after the break!
The full length trailer for Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass has finally been released and let me tell you, it is kick ass! Based off the graphic novel written by Mark Millar (Wanted), this off the wall superhero comedy/action flick blows Wanted out of the water. The film comes out April 16, and I suggest you watch this trailer and then definitely go see this film, other wise you should get your ass kicked.
Here she is, Hit Girl, in all her Kick-Ass badassedness……The poster doesn’t look too threatening, but the red band trailer is kick ass and pretty effin’ awesome. Played by Chloe Moretz, Hit Girl is just another superhero in the land of Mark Millar’s creation of a graphic novel. This should be better than Wanted and I am quite excited for this.
Kick-Ass has come out with yet another poster with Nic Cage’s character, Big Daddy, on the front, thanks to UGO for the picture. Take a look at this interesting Mark Millar adaptation and go to SHH to check out a short clip which is pretty funny and cool.
