Saw VI, where do I even begin with this one? But you got to hand it to them for coming this far and still creating interesting stories. You may be thinkin, “come on, why would I want to see this film, especially after Saw V was such a dud?” Believe it or not ladies and gentlemen, Saw VI kept with the punches and surprisingly did not disappoint. You skeptics out there keep an open mind as this is a redemption for the franchise and it definitely is here to stay.
Woo! Movies! Woo! Horror! Woo! October! Got a lot of new films this weekend that will spark your little Halloween freak in you. Well, possibly anyways. But there are some movies that you may find to your liking this weekend of October 23, 2009:
Looky looky, new stills from Saw VI have been emerging and they are giving us little hints of what to expect.
Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood. Jigsaw’s game continues on October 23.

New movie poster one-sheets for Toy Story 3, Saw VI, Paranormal Activity, Dark Country and Disney’s A Christmas Carol
Thanks to STYD, the Trust In Him poster was revealed. This little teaser poster for Saw VI is such a little teaser and I want to know more!!! What does it mean!!!
The Official Saw VI teaser trailer uploaded today on the little screens where you search for information. I don’t know how long it will last on YouTube, but you can check it out on their Facebook Page.
You can also check out the one sheet and teaser clip with the carousel of death on my previous post.
Saw VI has released a clip here on their website, DoYouWantToPlayAGame, but I found it on YouTube so you can watch it here; until it most likely gets taken down? Also the teaser one-sheet has been shown at Comic Con, which has to do with the clip. I don’t personally think it looks bad, but others could care to disagree. We’ll see on October 23.
and so it begins……… The Saw VI campaign begins as a new motion poster appears as the first sign of life for this new film from Yahoo! Movies.
(Update: Apparently WordPress sucks so much you can’t even embed the motion poster so go to the Yahoo! Movies link to check out the poster)
Here are some pictures of what the posters look like without motion (click to enlarge):
The official website has also gone live with a countdown to the official trailer, Saw6film. With the countdown underway it seems that the official trailer will release this Wednesday, July, 22 at 5pm if my math is correct?
And ze plot……

NO NO NO NO NO Saw 8 and 9?
Ok, although I love the Saw franchise as much as the next horror film lover, this has just got to stop. Jigsaw/John Kramer is a creative and calculating villain in these movies and has been one of the greatest faces of horror and he has only been around for almost five years. Back when the fourth film was done, I was led to believe that there would only be six. I laughed at this when I first heard about it, but I waited to see what would happen. The story itself is ingenious, new and inventive, but getting very stale; especially with the 5th film. And now reports of Saw 8 & 9 with not even the 7th one produced yet, what?
