Mindtrip Trailer for Duncan Jones’ Source Code

This is a late entry, but I figured I was still fascinated by the story behind Duncan Jones’ new movie, Source Code. Of course, Mr. Jones was the visionary mind behind the low budget, under the radar, indie flick Moon. Since this is a Duncan Jones film, I am really interested to see how his sophomore work will turn out. It looks pretty well done, but trailers don’t always tell the entire tale.  Source Code stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, and Jeffrey Wright. This over four minute video showcases some of Nicolas Cage’s best nut job moments in film when he absolutely loses his shit to the tune of Clint Mansell’s Requiem for a Dream theme, Lux Aeterna. Or perhaps it’s just his regular routine…

YouTube user SnubbyJ aka Kent Jenkin, is becoming the next Internet star with over 1.5 million views on his PVC pipe instrument at a college talent show. Jenkin’s PVC medley takes you across a plethora of various musical genres from Lady Gaga to movie theme songs. Currently, Kent has auditioned for America’s Got Talent and The Blue Man Group, but unfortunately with no success.
