The big marketing push for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 continues with the introduction of some of the newer characters we will be introduced to. The “Rebel Warrior” posters from Lionsgate display members of the resistance living in District 13. Equipped in full militia garb, these citizens of Panem are not fooling around. Check out all six new posters after the break.
We’ve been introduced to most of the main Mockingjay cast already, but here are some of the secondary characters involved with the District 13 uprising.
Below you’ll see all six posters featuring Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones) as Cressida, Wes Chatham (The Help; This Thing with Sarah) as Castor, Evan Ross (Jeff, Who Lives at Home; 90210) as Messalla, Liam Hemsworth as Gale, Mahershala Ali (House of Cards; Alphas) as Boggs, Elden Henson (The Butterfly Effect; The Mighty Ducks; Idle Hands) as Pollux.

So who are these people you ask?
Well we know who Gale is – that is, if you’ve been paying attention to the last two Hunger Games films – but what about the others?
Cressida was a film director from The Capitol who joined the rebellion and tasked by Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) to record and produce propos of Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) across Panem in order to encourage strength and moral for the rebels. Her camera crew consists of Castor and Pollux (both Avoxes – traitors to The Capitol whom have had their tongues removed and turned into servants), and her assistant Messalla.
And then there’s Boggs, President Coin’s (Julianne Moore) right hand man.
I am curious to see how well these fresh faces will be introduced, but mostly interested in how they will handle Castor and Pollux since Avoxes have not been mentioned in The Hunger Games nor Catching Fire before, despite other Avoxes looming in the background of the Tribute floors.
