10:00am – 11:00am Comic-Con Film School 104: Postproduction and Distribution – The final day of our comprehensive course on microbudget moviemaking revolves around what to do after your movie is shot. Panelists will go over the basics of postproduction on your home computer, as well as what software to use for editing, graphic design, sound design, and visualFX, and finally, how to optimize your movie for uploading to the Internet. Panelists include Valerie Perez (producer/star of the Paula Peril series), Nick Murphy (writer/director ofPizza and Bullets), Jack Conway (producer of Machinima ETC), and Sean Rourke (writer of Ballistica). 11:05am – 11:55am Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival Awards – The films have been shown, now it’s time to award the recipients of the 2015 Comic-Con Independent Film Festival with their trophies and recognition! Comic-Con’s Adam Neese talks to this year’s trio of judges, director Dan Sachar (director of last year’s CCI:IFF Judges’ Choice award for Last of You), director/writer/actor Letia Clouston (In the Dark, AB Negative), and actor/writer/producer Orlando Jones (Sleepy Hollow, Bedazzled, MADtv) about the films and presents prizes and trophies to the winners. 11:15am – 12:45pm World Premiere of LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom – Crime is on the run as the newly formed Justice League keeps Metropolis safe, and this makes evil genius Lex Luthor very unhappy. Together with Black Manta, Sinestro, and a gang of ruthless recruits, Lex builds his own league and declares them the Legion of Doom. With this super-powered team of terror and a plan to attack the top-secret government site Area 52, can Lex finally be on the verge of victory? The bricks are gonna fly when Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the rest of the Justice League face off against the world’s greatest supervillains. Their sketches, paintings, and storyboards form the foundation for all that you see on screens big and small. Whether they are alien planets or the dark alleys of Gotham, learn about the magic behind those incredible moving images. Be part of the World Premiere when Batman, Green Arrow, Cyborg, Nightwing, and Red Robin cross paths with the Joker and his crew of misfit criminals in a battle for control of Gotham City. 3:00pm – 4:00pm Queer Imagery in Animation – LGBTQ issues and characters are appearing in a variety of cartoons on television and in the movie theaters. Join Prism Comics for a panel discussing works of animation that tackle same gender attraction and gender identity exploration including The Legend of Korra, Bob’s Burgers, American Dad, Paranorman, and Steven Universe. Moderated by P.
