As much as I enjoy the thrill of going to the movies, there comes a time when a stinker passes by that makes you truly appreciate good filmmaking. Some movies can be completely forgettable, but there are others so terrible that they can cause a traumatic experience. These are not even close to movies that are so bad they’re good, they are just plain awful. 2012 presented another interesting year for the music industry. Sales were down, but buzz and overall want/need for music is at an all time high. Electronic dance music (EDM) put its foot down on pop and a Korean became the most downloaded YouTube sensation with a flashy dance video – which is a testament to how global music can be affected by the Internet. This year is shaping up to be more of the same, maybe a guy from Luxembourg will make a video and be the new Psy – you never heard of Lux-Pop?
