The Karate Kid and Frozen has Trailers Now

Check out these trailers for the movies coming out next year: The Karate Kid and Frozen. Both look pretty interesting and I had many many doubts and so did a lot of people towards The Karate Kid, but this gives me some form of hope, but at the same time still pisses me off in some way because they remade The Karate Kid. I mean come on. But anyways check out the trailers. Frozen looks like it could be terrifying, but stretches things a bit with its horror gimicks, especially with it claiming to do to skiing what jaws did to swimming. But who knows. Watch the trailers.

The Crazies Gets One More Poster

The Crazies gets one final poster before its release. This remake of a film stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Danielle Panabaker and Joe Anderson. The poster is pretty coolish for being bland, dark, and not revealing. The film looks pretty intense and hopes it can live up to its predecessor.

Movie Review: Paranormal Activity

film review

Very few horror films have that certain spark that can shock and awe these days. Paranormal Activity shocked, awed, and hung with the best of them. This micro-budget – and we’re talking micro-budget of $15,000 – reminded audiences that we can be scared back into theaters once more. With Blair Witch like intentions, this found footage horror sends chills down your spine and turns your skin white as a ghost.

The Wolfman Official Trailer #2

This trailer makes me even more excited than I already wasn’t. This actually looks pretty cool and I am actually wanting to see this. The trailer shows a decent amount and will really spark your interest when you watch it here. The footage looks great and the effects look awesome. Starring Benecio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving this is the remake of the 1941 classic. Check out the trailer right here:

T-He: The Jack Chop, Get Yours Today!

Hatchet and Frozen helmer Adam Green continues his annual Halloween short film streak with Jack Chop!, a hilarious spoof on the “Slap Chop” informercial, that’s going to put a big ol’ goofy grin on your face (especially those of you, like me, who grew up on the East Coast).

For this entry, Green called in Paul Solet, the director of Grace, as the unlucky “Jack Chop” host. Good stuff! Oh, I should add this is not safe for work (due to language, but f**k it – watch it anyway!).

More of Green’s Halloween shorts can be found at Ariescope.com.

A Nightmare on Elmstreet (2010) Teaser TRAILER!!

Watch this awesome new trailer for the remake of A Nightmare On Elmstreet. Yes…… it is produced by Michael Bay, which he is 2 for 3 (the missed one is Friday The 13th remake), the others were good remakes. But I think this will be pretty classy and stay true to the original.

Saw VI Hi-Res Image Previews

Looky looky, new stills from Saw VI have been emerging and they are giving us little hints of what to expect.

Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood. Jigsaw’s game continues on October 23.

The Descent: Part 2 Official Trailer

Thanks to IGN.com they have allowed us to view the new trailer for The Descent: Part II. I lovedddd the first one because it was so dark, scary, and you didn’t know what was coming. This one looks decent, but unfortunately you know what’s already down the cave. Hopefully they’ll up the ante to make this one just as thrilling as the last. They’ll have to pull some crazy stuff to get the ball rolling, but I believe it has potential.
