Kick-Ass has come out with yet another poster with Nic Cage’s character, Big Daddy, on the front, thanks to UGO for the picture. Take a look at this interesting Mark Millar adaptation and go to SHH to check out a short clip which is pretty funny and cool.
The title for best picture is heating up as some big films are coming out this weekend along with some more entertaining films than what has come out recently. This weekend of December 11, 2009, what films should you see? Well……I’ll tell you which.
Empire Magazine has done a photoshoot, apparently awhile ago, but a first for online viewing, where famous actors have recreated some of their most famous roles from their past. This is a really cool photo spread and brings back some great nostalgia. From the likes of Mel Gibson, Christian Bale, Tom Cruise, and more, these actors have given us all great moments in cinema history and are bringing it back with this spread. Cool beans. Ryan Reynolds’ movie, Buried, has finally got an official one sheet that looks interesting.With a lighter and a cell phone as his only friends, Mr. Reynolds seems to be in quite a predicament of being buried alive. Time will only tell if this movie will be decent or not, but I have faith in Reynolds.
Another poster for Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass comic book movie has appeared. McLovin’ is looking pretty badass and will most likely be kicking ass as the character Red Mist. This is an adaptation of Mark Millar’s comic and should be set to be in theaters April 16, 2010.
Don’t get your hopes up this holiday season as to which movies you want to see. I’ll tell you which you shouldn’t because there are a lot that you shouldn’t until later this holiday season. The weekend of December 4, 2009 you better find something else to do unless you live in a bigger city that plays limited films.
Apparently I have seen 43 of the past 95 films of the last 19 years nominated for best picture at the Academy Awards. I suppose I need to get the ball rolling and sit down and watch some more flicks.

A fun interesting fan made concept poster has been let loose on the interwebs for the Stephen Spielberg horror classic Jaws. It is pretty cool and I think you would probably agree with me.
Ohhh ho man, this is awesomeness at its finest. They have revealed Mr. War Machine and boy does this look sexy. Iron Man 2 opens May 7, 2010. The film is still directed by Jon Favreau and stars Robert Downey Jr., Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Sam Rockwell, and Gwyneth Paltrow. This poster is awesome!
The colors that cannot be unseen will haunt you now everywhere you go! It is subconscious that you see this and don’t think much of anything of it, but once you go beyond this post you will never look at movie posters the same again. The colors Orange and Blue are complimentary colors and are prevalent throughout A LOT of movie posters these days. Yeah, we’ve all seen floating heads and big explosions, but look at the color schemes next time. ORANGE AND BLUE! Orange is the color of “enthusiasm” and “energy” while blue focuses on a “cool” factor.
