Despite George Clooney’s character, Frank Walker, being afraid of a clock ticking down to the imminent future, Disney fans have been eager for May 22 to come around so Tomorrowland can reveal its secrets. A second trailer has just been released, unveiling more of the story and giving us a better idea of who these characters are. Since the first trailer made a spectacular debut back in October, Brad Bird’s Tomorrowland has been on the top of my list of films to see this year. There wasn’t much to see from the futuristic world we will be privy to come May 22, but now Disney has given us an even better taste of what’s in store when that day arrives. The arena of movie marketing is fickle. Teaser trailers can make or break an audience’s perception of a film. In the case of Ben Stiller’s The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, the marketing team has captured something wonderful with the song “Dirty Paws” by Of Monsters and Men and the beautiful cinematography of the film. This breathtaking teaser doesn’t give us much to work with on plot, but it does an incredible job at inviting us into the world of Walter Mitty visually. Check it out after the break.
