Iron Man 2 is getting hot, but at the same time leaving everyone in the cold. WHAT DO THESE CLUES MEAN?!?!?!?!? This second poster reveals very little with just another highlighted word and a possible Thor like connection?! Ugh. Revert back to this old post from a few days ago and see if you can make the connection!

Getting Wild With Rooney on the Wild One Tour
Sh-Sh-Shakin’ it at the House of Blues in Chicago this past week were fans grooving to the sounds of Rooney with guests Tally Hall and Crash Kings. This indie rock performance swept the fans off their feet for those who were there. The weather may have proven to be a factor in the lack of crowd, but that didn’t stop any of the bands from doing what they love and they put on a good show. Don’t let these bands fool you with their short list of record releases because what they throw at you is musically talented. Continue reading

Iron Man 2 Gets Some Marketing Done
Not only does Whiplash, played by Mickey Rourke, in Iron Man 2 get his own poster, but let the VIRAL MARKETING BEGIN!!! Hurray! I love viral marketing. It makes movies more interesting and fun sometimes if it allows a good build up of story and information leading to the end result which is the film. I can’t wait to see where this goes. Check out the beginning of the viral marketing at the bottom.
Opening in theaters on May 7, 2010, the Jon Favreau-directed sequel stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Jon Favreau, Rourke, Sam Rockwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Garry Shandling, John Slattery, Kate Mara, Clark Gregg and Olivia Munn.
Empire Shoots Actors In Past Iconic Roles
Empire Magazine has done a photoshoot, apparently awhile ago, but a first for online viewing, where famous actors have recreated some of their most famous roles from their past. This is a really cool photo spread and brings back some great nostalgia. From the likes of Mel Gibson, Christian Bale, Tom Cruise, and more, these actors have given us all great moments in cinema history and are bringing it back with this spread. Cool beans. You can view them all and more at Empire Online!
‘Buried’ Gets a Poster
Ryan Reynolds’ movie, Buried, has finally got an official one sheet that looks interesting. With a lighter and a cell phone as his only friends, Mr. Reynolds seems to be in quite a predicament of being buried alive. Time will only tell if this movie will be decent or not, but I have faith in Reynolds.
Kick-Ass’s Red Mist Gets a Poster
Box Office Battlefield: Armored, Everbody’s Fine, and Up in the Air
Don’t get your hopes up this holiday season as to which movies you want to see. I’ll tell you which you shouldn’t because there are a lot that you shouldn’t until later this holiday season. The weekend of December 4, 2009 you better find something else to do unless you live in a bigger city that plays limited films.
Best Picture Films I Should Probably See
Apparently I have seen 43 of the past 95 films of the last 19 years nominated for best picture at the Academy Awards. I suppose I need to get the ball rolling and sit down and watch some more flicks.
I sat down and looked at Wiki’s list and compiled those that I have seen versus the ones I have not.
After the jump you can see the list if you want……
