Here we go again…To follow up on the previous post on sex and advertising, especially with fast food, Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s has done even better with their campaign with the almighty Audrina. They want you to submit a video of yourself about you, you eating a burger, the name of it, and of course being sexy. This is their Hot Chicks Eating Burgers Campaign……I don’t even know what that means, but I guess we’ll get some interesting videos along the ride. Ladies, you could win $1000; that’s a lot of burgers you could buy.

Trekkies rejoice! Star Trek reignites the fire that is the Star Trek franchise. J.J. Abrams – the king of modern nerds – has createda wild ride back into Starfleet Academy where it all began. Performances by Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Eric Bana make you believe in the characters and bring you to a world that only few love, opening up the Trek universe to a more mainstream audience. The epic tales of James T. Kirk and Spock may now be enjoyed by those who didn’t even like Star Trek in the first place.

Here it is my Review for Transformers: ROTF. Ultimately all my film reviews will be like the image at the end of the review that you can enlarge and view in the Film Review Section of my blog. Now with no more waiting, I give you my review:

The behemoth that is Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen has plopped in our laps. This epic sequel was directed by Michael Bay, written by Ehren Kruger (Scream 3), Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman (both MI: 3, Star Trek, The Island). Of course this couldn’t be a hit without Shia LaBeouf and the woman on top of the world, Megan Fox along with Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Ramon Rodriguez and Isabel Lucas (who could have been more attractive than Fox in the film).

Box Office Battlefield: ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ and ‘My Sister’s Keeper’

battle fieldHere we go with the weekend of June 26-28, there are really only two movies to talk about

Of course:

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen – The title pretty much sums it up and needs no explanation of how well and who’s going to see it. This is a movie for anyone to see and will make tons of money no matter what the critics say.

My Sister’s Keeper – Cameron Diaz stars in this heartfelt drama about her daughter with leukemia. They try to make a test tube baby to help possibly be the cure for their daughter. This will probably be overshadowed by ROTF, but if you definitely don’t want an action explosion mind blowing film, then most will go see this film. I’m sure it will make a few tears fall.
