The full length trailer for Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass has finally been released and let me tell you, it is kick ass! Based off the graphic novel written by Mark Millar (Wanted), this off the wall superhero comedy/action flick blows Wanted out of the water. The film comes out April 16, and I suggest you watch this trailer and then definitely go see this film, other wise you should get your ass kicked.
Are you Lost……………Well someone created a little 8 minute and 15 second recap of seasons 1-5 of LOST that will get you pumped(?) for the final season of this ridiculous series. This is an interesting video and fun at the same time. I enjoyed it. You should too. Check it out.
James Cameron’s Avatar became the second-highest grossing film worldwide of all time on Wednesday. What makes it even worse is that it was in the film’s 20th day in theaters. WHAT’S UP WITH THAT?!?!?
Domestically, the it added $6.91 million to push its total to $374.4 million. The film has climbed to the 12th spot on the all-time domestic list, surpassing Spider-Man 2 ($373.6 million). Continue reading

People’s Choice Awards? BAH HA, more like Twilight hormonal teens getting told by their twi-fan websites to go vote for their precious’s to win along with whatever garbage tweens like these days as well.

I think this is a making of a beautiful thing they got going here. Zombieland = one of my favorite movies to date, and now the writers are helming one of the most praised superheroes of the geek world. According to Variety, the duo of Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland) will write up the screenplay to the Deadpool, who will be played by Ryan Reynolds, which is my favorite actor. This should be a pretty awesome turn out if the two don’t fail me, but I have high hopes. This is great news. I’m sure you enjoy this news as well also!
(Update) According to IESB, Reese and Wernick will also be writing the script for G.I. Joe 2. Weird? It can’t be any worse than the first film.
The final season of Lost is coming upon us very soon and the marketers/cast/writers/etc decided to shoot two ‘last supper’ pictures to promote the final season I would assume. They are pretty cool and this has been done before with Battlestar Galatica, The Soprano’s, and House (although I’m not sure if House has had a last season or is on it’s last season yet). I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Avatar is not that original, just amazing innovation of technology. When I first saw the film I was getting hints of four different films: The Matrix, Dances With Wolves, Ferngully, and Pocahontas. Now the “proof” is here with this little summary of story comparison of Avatar VS. Pocahontas. The source could be claimed by /Film for me, but I have no idea where they got it from. This is a pretty funny comparison and it pretty much does sum it up to be the same film. Go figure………? You can click on the image to enlarge it to get a better look.
