This over four minute video showcases some of Nicolas Cage’s best nut job moments in film when he absolutely loses his shit to the tune of Clint Mansell’s Requiem for a Dream theme, Lux Aeterna. Or perhaps it’s just his regular routine…

YouTube user SnubbyJ aka Kent Jenkin, is becoming the next Internet star with over 1.5 million views on his PVC pipe instrument at a college talent show. Jenkin’s PVC medley takes you across a plethora of various musical genres from Lady Gaga to movie theme songs. Currently, Kent has auditioned for America’s Got Talent and The Blue Man Group, but unfortunately with no success. Harry Potter Expected to Take Down Star Wars

After this weekend, the force will not be with George Lucas. According to Cinematical and USA Today, the Harry Potter franchise will be well on its way to capturing the title of the highest grossing franchise in cinema history, according to BoxOfficeMojo. The Star Wars franchise in its entirety, yes, including those prequels, have earned up to $1.9 billion in domestic box office sales with its six films. Currently the Harry Potter franchise holds at $1.7 billion in domestic ticket sales up to date with its respective six films.

Official Trailer for ‘Cowboys and Aliens’

Yet another movie trailer that has come out this week, but this one is absolutely spectacular. I cannot wait until this movie comes out to theaters, based on this trailer anyways. Cowboys and Aliens, directed by Jon Favreau (Iron Man, Elf),  is a 100-page 2006 graphic novel adaptation created by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg and written by Fred Van Lente and Andrew Foleyand. Favreau has always had a very keen eye for what’s right in a film and great sense of direction. Cowboys and Aliens features Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, and Sam Rockwell.

The Official Trailer for ‘The Green Lantern’

This trailer has been up for a while now, a week tops, but I finally got to posting it. Sue me, I’ve been busy. But anyways, here it is. The official ‘The Green Lantern’ trailer has been released. I have it hear in HD and in English. So hah, that’s what I can give you for waiting. The trailer is courtesy of YouTube, courtesy of Apple.com.

This trailer makes the film look like a lot of fun while Ryan Reynolds does his thing. You gotta let Reynolds do his thing, it’s Ryan freaking Reynolds, look at those abs. The Green Lantern also stars the lovely Blake Lively, Peter Sarsgaard, Mark Strong, Jay O. Sanders, Temuera Morrison, Taika Waititi, Jon Tenney, Angela Bassett, Tim Robbins and directed by Martin Campbell (Goldeneye, Casino Royale).

Kids Are Treated to Mega Gore Not ‘Megamind’

On average, when I go into a movie, I am always double checking and over worrying that I went into the wrong theater. Unfortunately for a few parents who thought they were taking their kids to see Megamind were treated with something quite unexpected. According to WDHD-TV, those who attended the Showcase Cinemas in Revere, Massachusetts were accidentally screened Saw 3D for a few minutes, which opens up with some of the ending moments of Saw and some addition footage with quite a lot of gore.

Now this story can go in one of two ways. If you are a parent you could be horribly outraged, but if you are anyone else I am sure your reaction is BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

What would have happened if Harry decided it would be best to join Draco and never befriend Ron? Well, the Fine Bros. have answered this delicious question. The Fine Brothers have started a new series of web videos dedicated to “rejected scenes” not seen before in the Harry Potter movies. The first episode focuses on an alternative universe in The Sorcerer’s Stone when it comes time to decide what side Harry puts his allegiance to. These brothers create other hilarious Robot Chicken like videos focusing on other TV and film favorites. Watch this funny video after the jump!
