It must be our lucky day because today Dimension films released the first trailer for the long awaited Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, a sequel nine years in the making. With all of the ducks in a row, Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller have wrangled up the all-star cast from the first film including Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Michael Madsen, Rosario Dawson, and Jamie King, as well as some new faces such as Josh Brolin, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ray Liotta, Christopher Meloni, Jeremy Piven, Dennis Haysbert, Julia Garner, and Juno Temple. And The 2010 Razzie Nominees Are…

The best of the worst of 2010 are on display now that the 31st Annual Razzie Award nominees have been released online. The Razzie Awards  honor all of the films who have triumphantly failed miserably and those that were just outright terrible. I am pleased to see a new category encompassing 3D in the mix this year. Many of the nominees are no surprise and I look forward to see the winners when they are announced at 7:30pm/PST, Saturday, February 26 at Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Hollywood. Rumor rumors and more rumors galore! Robert Rodriguez (director of Sin City) is reported, by some French websites, to be thinking on taking on the French comic book series, The Insiders. Who will head up the leading lady of Najah Cruz, none other than the Jessica Alba. This series takes some femme fatale to the extreme as she has the looks, the skills and the weapons to take on whatever orders she recieves. Najah takes an order from the White House to infiltrate a mafia-like group to become the head bodygaurd of the leader. The series already has seven issues and coming out with an eighth soon. And once again, time will only tell as we wait to hear the final word whether rumors are brought to the thruth and justice.
