A great new Web series has hit the Interwebs in the form of the Avengers from Marvel, Avengers Assemble! We join Iron Man, Thor, Wasp, Wolverine, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Captain America, and Hulk as they take on today’s challenges of unemployment, healthcare, the BP oil spill, and more! The Fine Brothers have started a new series of web videos dedicated to “rejected scenes” not seen before in the Harry Potter movies. The first episode focuses on an alternative universe in The Sorcerer’s Stone when it comes time to decide what side Harry puts his allegiance to. T-He: If Nickelodeon’s ‘Doug’ Was a Live Action Movie
Throughout my childhood I loved watching Doug. I don’t know whether it was because I liked rooting for the underdog and cheering for the normal kid to get the girl or if if was because I just loved NickToons back in the 90s. Probably both. This live action Doug sketch comes from Dr. Coolsex’s comedy group out of New York. They have created a great little skit of this iconic cartoon character after his high school years. Patti, Roger, Skeeter and even Mr. Dink return in this coming of age faux trailer for Doug: The Movie. Check it out after the break!
