After a two and a half year hiatus, I am bringing back BOX OFFICE BATTLEFIELD. For those of you who do not know what that means, Box Office Battlefield is my weekly rundown of the movie releases of the upcoming weekend. Like a short version of what films you should see during the year. In the film industry, weekends can be bloodbaths and only one can reign victorious. An Old Face Returns in ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ – Four More Teasers Released

What was one of the most oddball television series of last year, American Horror Story had a few aces in the hole, one of which was Frances Conroy. As Moira O’Hara, Conroy played one of the most tragic figures that I found to have the best depth out of anyone on the show. Luckily, it was recently announced that she would return to play a part in Asylum. Find out who she is playing and watch for more teasers after the jump! Continue reading

PAX Prime 2012 may be two weeks behind us, but Hideo Kojima’s announcement of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is still stuck on my mind. This new entry into the Metal Gear Solid franchise is vastly different from anything we’ve seen thus far and looks to open up the world, literally, in ways we never thought the series would go. After the jump check out an incredible demo moderated by industry veteran Geoff Keighley. Continue reading
