Iron Man 2 Gets Some Marketing Done

Not only does Whiplash, played by Mickey Rourke, in Iron Man 2 get his own poster, but let the VIRAL MARKETING BEGIN!!! Hurray! I love viral marketing. It makes movies more interesting and fun sometimes if it allows a good build up of story and information leading to the end result which is the film. I can’t wait to see where this goes. Check out the beginning of the viral marketing at the bottom.

Opening in theaters on May 7, 2010, the Jon Favreau-directed sequel stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Jon Favreau, Rourke, Sam Rockwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Garry Shandling, John Slattery, Kate Mara, Clark Gregg and Olivia Munn.

Best Picture Films I Should Probably See

Apparently I have seen 43 of the past 95 films of the last 19 years nominated for best picture at the Academy Awards. I suppose I need to get the ball rolling and sit down and watch some more flicks.

Lausanne Street & Bowl Contest 2009

After the huge success of it’s first edition in 2008, the Lausanne Street&Bowl Contest reached new heights thanks to the amazing engagement of the LSNR Crew. The second edition took place at the very old and well known HS 36 Skatepark which was, again, renovated for the occasion.
A huge wall, and a rail fixed on a car were the two main spots where skaters from France, Italy, Holland, US, UK, … laced the most amazing tricks with the aim of winning the 1’500.- CHF.

The following EDIT brings you the highlights of these 3 hot summer days, where intence skating, partying, chilling and the StreetBowl ROLLERDISCO were the ingredients of this uprising swiss contest which included amateur, girls, and pro categories.

A few days ago it was the Internet Movie Databases’ 19th Birthday. The site launched on October 17, 1990.

IMDb is perhaps one of the oldest popular sites still in operation. The site currently takes the 44th slot in traffic rank in the US and 39th worldwide, according to Alexa.
