Blade Runner Inspired Batman Trilogy Posters

Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy is coming to an end July 20, 2012, and a very talented fan, DeviantArtist Alexander Stojanov, created three posters of each of the Batman saga inspired by the Blade Runner posters drawn by Drew Struzan. Now the poster above may seem awfully familiar to you and it has nothing to do with Blade Runner; I’ll show you why and the other two brilliant posters after the break!

TeeHee: Evidence That The Dark Knight Rises May Suck

So much anticipation is riding on Christopher Nolan’s next Batman flick that may cause so much overhype that it may suck. Spider-man 3 anybody? First Look: Tom Hardy as Bane in Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’

Let The Dark Knight Rises viral marketing begin!!! Much have I anticipated the long arrival of the next viral marketing campaign for Christopher Nolan’s third Batman film. This first image of the villain Bane, one of the many villains in the upcoming film, is the first of many incidents we will hopefully be given to explore the world of Gotham city! Henry Cavill Cast as Superman for Zack Snyder’s Film

The debate on who would be cast as the man of steel has finally reached an end. Ladies and gentleman, may I please direct your attention to Henry Cavill (The Tudors, Stardust). This Brit will be donning the infamous red and blue tights as he battles into the unknown as we have yet to hear an official plot synopsis thus far. And for those worried about a British actor playing such an iconic figure, may I enforce the fact that Christian Bale is British and playing Bruce Wayne, Andrew Garfield is at Brit playing Peter Parker, and Ryan Reynolds is a Canadian acting as Hal Jordan. You can read the fill press release after the break.

If ‘Ghostbusters’ was ‘Inception’

This great recut Ghostbusters trailer edited by YouTube user, Rothejfunk, is a perfect example of how music can affect the mood of the source material it is representing. He has taken Hans Zimmer’s score from Christopher Nolan’s Inception and completely turned this classic Ivan Reitman 80s comedy into a full out action drama. Watch the video after the break!

The other villain was announced as well, with the revealing of Tom Hardy’s character, Bane, who was seen in that horrible Joel Schumacher film, Batman & Robin. All Four Dream Levels of Inception in a Real-Time Split Screen

This is an ingenious use of video editing to showcase the genius behind Chris Nolan’s Inception. I’m sure they can’t all have been exactly aligned together with some of the sequences perhaps shown longer shots than the other dream sequences, but these guy(s) really got it down to as precise as they could. Check out this great video, not awesome video, after the break!
