Matthew Vaughn Releases Two Great Photos of Magneto and Professor X

Unbeknownst to the average joe, or probably many people, Matthew Vaughn didn’t intentionally want that group shot of the X-Men from First Class released nor did he have any knowledge of its origin. Luckily, for /Film and Peter Sciretta, he got an exclusive phone interview with the director and received two great images of the main characters themselves, James McAvoy as Professor Charles Xavier and Michael Fassbender as Erik Lehnsherr, WITH HELMET! Check them out after the break!
First Official Look at Andrew Garfield in the Spider-Man Costume!
We are getting our first official studio look at Andrew Garfield in full Spider-Man attire, minus the mask and from the looks of it the end result of a battle. Check out the full picture after the break!
Emma Stone Reveals Her True Roots As Gwen Stacy
Emma Stone debuted her blond hair, her natural hair color, at the Trevor Live Project Hollywood Palladium on Sunday in Hollywood. I don’t think I could have ever pictured, or known Stone to be a natural blond if she didn’t say so herself. Obviously this is dyed and not natural, but still this is a complete 180° to the red head we’re use to. She will be playing Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man reboot directed by (500) Days of Summer director Marc Webb. They just began shooting this week too. Pretty exciting. Check out Emma Stone with her blond hair after the jump!
Darren Aronofsky Titles His Wolverine Non-Sequlel Movie
Mark Ruffalo “Avatars” The Avengers
Within the revolving door of actors playing the iconic figures over at Marvel Entertainment, Mark Ruffalo has been chosen to fill the shoes of Ed Norton’s place as The Incredible Hulk. Vulture got a hold of Ruffalo and he revealed that he would actually be ‘playing’ the character in the film rather than voice acting over a CGI character.
Alternate Deleted Iron Man 2 Opening Sequence
If you were puzzled as to why Pepper Potts never kissed Tony’s helmet goodbye like in the trailer, than you are in for a treat. With the release of the Iron Man 2 DVD/Blu-Ray coming out soon, the alternate opening sequence with this footage was leaked and can be watched now before it will probably be pulled down.
I really enjoyed this opener and gave more of a sense of Tony Stark’s alcohol abuse and made the introduction more fun like in the first movie. Director Jon Favreau decided to cut this from the beginning to give Iron Man more of a bigger entrance and not so much of a comedic opening. Check it out after the break and ask yourself, why wasn’t this put in here?!
