WonderCon 2014: Saturday Schedule
Saturday’s schedule for WonderCon 2014 is filled to the brim with amazing panels that will tide you over until San Diego Comic-Con this summer. Big studio panels from Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, and 20th Century Fox are bringing some of this year’s most anticipated films, such as X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Maze Runner. If fans want to avoid the big panels, there are advanced screenings of Orphan Black, Once Upon a Time, The Blacklist. WonderCon 2014: Friday Schedule
With WonderCon less than two weeks away, the fine folks at Comic-Con International have graciously uploaded the program schedule. For Friday, April 18, fans eager to get their WonderCon on can expect panels from the 501st Legion, Cartoon Network, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and more. Badge holders will also be able to enjoy the world premiere of Son of Batman, as well as sneak peek screenings of The 100, Teen Titans Go!, and Revolution. Indiana Comic-Con 2014 Recap
Alas, Indiana Comic-Con has come and gone. The promoters behind the Tampa Bay Comic Con, Orlando Comic Expo, and Nashville Comic Expo were kind enough to sweep through Indianapolis, IN and bring Hoosiers a comic convention of colossal proportions. Amidst the brutal weather the Midwest has seen this winter, Indiana Comic-Con, held March 14-16, 2014, was a HUGE success, managing to sell-out completely March 15th. For those that have not purchased their badges for Comic-Con 2014, it has been announced that open online registration will begin this Saturday, March 15. As many know, gaining a coveted badge for San Diego Comic-Con have been pretty cutthroat, but they have changed the process for the better – hopefully. As they say, all good things must come to an end. Sunday has finally reached Comic-Con 2013, and what a Comic-Con it was. From news on a Batman vs. Superman movie to the reveal of Avengers: Age of Ultron, there was not a geek or nerd that did not have to change their underwear at least once this long weekend. Comic-Con 2013: San Diego Zombie Walk Recap and Photo Gallery
Promptly at 6:30 pm PST in San Diego, CA a zombie outbreak occurred. The 7th Annual SDCC Zombie Walk hit downtown Gaslamp in a fury of blood and guts. Seeing the undead flood the streets of a major metropolitan area was a sight to behold in the midst of Comic-Con 2013. Since I’ve only had the chance to see half of what there is outside of the convention center and just a fraction of the SDCC showroom floor, today I had my work cut out for me. Zachary Levi’s Nerd HQ and The Jackdaw were high on my list today, along with chipping away more of what there is to see inside. It was a fairly bountiful day at Comic-Con 2013.
